The final and fundamental success for a relationship is support. Whether it’s a project manager, accounts manager or creative director. This is a point of contact for the many people involved.

I always appreciate when a stakeholder/client/customer have complimented me on the never-ending hand provided for help. Keeping the communication line open, education and conducting follow-ups keeps everyone on course.

Due to my insatiable need to keep an orderly process I have developed many user-friendly tools for keeping a tight ship.

My core competency for this phase have been as a Project Manager.
