CHAMPION THE END USERS

The key to a successful design is to remove any obstacles, and provide guidance, for the user to be able to complete all interactive processes. Whether it is something as simple as subscribing to a newsletter, or completing a complex series of steps in a transactional site, the user needs to be given the proper visual and informational cues throughout the process, including confirmation and error messages.

Taking into consideration the user profiles and company goals, I've created task scenarios in order to map out and model each unique process. These scenarios include visual models, descriptions and schematic diagrams of the main flow for each process, along with key exceptions.
